Your funding grant and our unique £500 charity donation.
The boring but necessary bits to receive free training for charities.
This is a video transcript:
LMAS has criteria that need to be fulfilled in order to receive funding. They have a budget and skills brokers, which are the key factors of securing a share from the £30Million Training Fund.
For a more detailed view, let’s discuss the basic requirements for obtaining funding.
Any organisation with 5-249 employees is eligible for a £1000 training fund, if the organisation initially invests £500. Therefore the total training budget available is £1500.
Once the £1500 budget is available, our trainers provide training to the organisations that approach Train to Gain. In addition, the training providers also refer organisations fulfilling the requirements for funding. This enables you, the owner or senior manager of the business, to choose a training course as well as a training provider that best suits your business needs.
The best part of this program is the unique feature of the NFP Academy, where we return your initial investment of £500 as a charitable donation. In short, you receive the training free of all costs!!
Now the question arises, as to why we provide the £500 donation?
The answer is quite simple:
Historically, we have been donating 10-20% of our profits to various charities including but not limited to Compassion, Act4Africa, Operation Agri and Christians Against Poverty.
However, now this funding allows us to assist many more charities. As long as the funding continues, we will be able to help more charities but with a slightly different approach!
We are extremely hopeful that many charities will benefit from our Zero cost program and in addition, we also benefit by delivering training to you.
To summarize, we learnt the basics of how the training is funded.
